You’ve known us as Commercial Floor Crafters for over ten years, serving Holland and the entire Lakeshore Area.  During that time, we’ve built a great reputation for servicing our customers and providing creative solutions for their floor covering needs.  But we’ve changed -we’ve branched into several interesting and unique areas which you may not already know about.

 

Here are some new things you can do with tile….

Grout Restoration and sealing with Grout Armor.   It’s stain and mildew resistant, and easy to maintain.  With unlimited color options, it can be applied over new or old grout.  Grout Armor  dries in fifteen minutes for minimal downtime.

 

Tired of seeing your employees and customers slipping and falling on your beautiful tile floors?  Slip Guard uses a unique acid-etching system to remove that hazard while still maintaining the appearance of the tile.

 

...and concrete….

You can permanently color old or new concrete, overlays and vertical concrete.  Acid staining provides one of the most unique and striking looks in the decorative concrete realm.  Ten colors to choose from, with high solids acrylic seal top coats, which are durable, but very economical.

 

Here are some other new things we bet you haven't heard of….

Protect-All is a heavy duty specialty flooring which is completely recycled and reinforced PVC. It’s a monolithic ¼” thick floor covering developed to withstand the tough requirements which commercial kitchens and food prep areas demand, yet it is slip resistant and comfortable to stand on.

 

Up With Lift Systems is a simpler, faster and more cost effective means to replace old flooring with new, under office furniture, library stacks, file bins and retail gondolas- All without dismantling or removing books, files or merchandise.

 

Luxury Vinyl Tile requires little or no maintenance, and offers new looks including stone, metal and wood. A nice alternative to ceramic tile, these are commercially graded, high PSI tiles which offer better durability and a nicer appearance than conventional vinyl tile.
